These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "Buyer," "you," or "your") and MAHA Peptides. Your use of this Website confirms your acceptance of these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Website. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that:

5. Non-Pharmacy Disclaimer

MAHA Peptides operates solely as a chemical and research materials supplier. We are:

• NOT a compounding pharmacy as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
• NOT an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
• NOT a licensed pharmacy or medical provider
• NOT engaged in the practice of medicine or healthcare

We do not compound, prepare, or manufacture pharmaceutical products. All products are sold strictly for research purposes.

6. All Sales Final - No Refunds or Returns

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Ordering incorrect product or quantity
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Dissatisfaction with product performance
  • Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction
  • Inability to use product as intended
• You are responsible for verifying product specifications before purchase
• You accept full risk of product suitability for your research

Exceptions (Sole Discretion)

MAHA Peptides may, at its sole and absolute discretion, provide credit or replacement ONLY in cases of:

• Shipping errors: Wrong product shipped (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)
• Damaged products: Product damaged during transit (requires photographic evidence of damaged packaging AND product, reported within 24 hours of delivery, AND shipping protection insurance purchased at checkout)
• Manufacturing defects: Confirmed quality control failure (requires Certificate of Analysis verification)

Any exception requires email notification to support@mahapeps.fit with order number, photographic evidence, and detailed explanation. Exceptions are granted at sole discretion of MAHA Peptides and are not guaranteed.

7. Product Purity and Quality

We provide Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation for products upon request. COA results represent third-party laboratory analysis at time of manufacture.

Product purity and quality disclaimers:

• COA results reflect product composition at time of testing only
• Product degradation may occur due to storage conditions, time, or handling
• We do NOT guarantee specific purity levels at time of delivery
• We do NOT guarantee fitness for any particular research purpose
• Buyer is responsible for conducting own quality verification
• Products are sold "AS IS" without warranty of any kind

8. Legal Compliance and Buyer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in your jurisdiction.

By purchasing from MAHA Peptides, you represent and warrant that:

• Possession and use of purchased products is legal in your jurisdiction
• You possess all necessary licenses, permits, or certifications required by law
• You will comply with all federal, state, local, and international laws
• You will NOT use products in violation of any law or regulation
• You will NOT export or import products in violation of customs laws
• You assume full legal responsibility for your use of products

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to jurisdictions where sale or shipment may be prohibited.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping policies are detailed in our separate Shipping Policy. Key terms include:

• We ship only to verified addresses within the United States
• Shipping insurance is optional but recommended (non-refundable fee)
• Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery or upon carrier's first delivery attempt
• We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless shipping insurance was purchased
• Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping address
• We are NOT responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

10. Payment Terms

Payment must be received before order processing. We accept:

• Zelle (preferred)
• CashApp
• Wire transfer (for large orders)

Orders are held for 72 hours pending payment. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled. Payment must include order number in memo/note field.

11. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that:

• MAHA Peptides' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) at issue
• We are NOT liable for any injury, illness, death, property damage, or other harm resulting from product use
• We are NOT liable for research failures, experimental outcomes, or wasted materials
• We are NOT liable for regulatory actions, legal consequences, or compliance failures
• We are NOT liable for business losses, lost profits, or economic damages
• You assume ALL risks associated with purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of products

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAHA Peptides, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of products
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any injury, illness, or damage caused by products you purchased

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
